Passengers of a recent KLM flight departing from Amsterdam Schipol, got surprised by parents and friends. But it wasn’t an ordinary surprise: their relatives had the chance to leave a message on the traveler’s seat. In fact, the airline spotted people saying goodbye and asked them to draw and write a few words for their beloved ones. The results were as expected: tears, joy and smiles.
KLM’s agency and Schipol’s agency have teamed up to create the Cover Greetings campaign that “enabled Schiphol and KLM to make the moment of departure extra special for both passengers and those staying at home. ”
